Ooh. where do I start? I must say that as I have been raised with computer games I don't have a simple list of new games which I like. I'd rather get on with it so you will know my favourite games of all time(so far).

  1. Aliens vs Predator

Top gameplay, graphics, atmosphere, lifespan, AI, options. the list goes on. Thios game is worth buying to anyone with a PC that meets the requirements. Buy, buy, buy!

  1. Donkey Kong Country 3

Probably the best improvement of being a sequel. Have you played GT2? Noticed the obvious similarities for it's predeccesor? How about Crash 3, MGS: Special Missions, Test Drive? Well, this game just gets a big lump of mud and throws it at DKC2 right in the eyes. This game is huge, with loads to unlock, big bosses, LOTS of variety, it keeps you playing for a long time.

  1. Vagrant Story

Shame this game didn't make it too far. It is so good. The cut sequences were the best for any PSone game ever, the graphics could(literally) not have been any better. The storyline and battle system are also a hit, althoug the battle system might take some geting used to. I still can't get enough how good this game is, it is a stylish game in itself. RPG veterans, kill yourself if you don't have this.

  1. Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island

Cutesy, descent gameplay, a long game and 16-bit peak graphics all bundled into one. Bloody great. Get this game yesterday, if not sooner.

  1. Music 2000

I happen to have met the people who made this peice of glory, they claim that the stuff I made on it was amazing. And it was all so simple! I also have had a 4-player on Music Jam, a lot of fun. This is essential for people who like this sort of stuff.

  1. Final Fantasy VIII

I love this. Squall and Rinoa, along with their SeeD comanions embark on a long journey which will lead them to bending time and what not. Great Graphics, very long, and ha a great storyline. Essential buy alert!

  1. Metal Gear Solid

Great everything. No need for an explanation at all.

  1. Final Fantasy III

What a classic. The main strong point is the storyline, this has to be one of the best Squaresoft have ever done. The music is not bad, too. And the game will keep you going for a while. 40 odd hours, I believe. Just play this game and find out it's glory.

  1. Final Fantasy IX

The latest FF game, it has superb graphics, a great battle system, bloody good music(want a good song? get Final Fantasy IX - You're Not Alone! - it is probably the best), will keep you up at night and all next morning, until you get that last character up to L.99. Expect about 60 - 100 hours of your life stolen from you. Please, please, get this game. It is a great inroduction for RPG newbies, too. Well, last but not least:

  1. Final Fantasy VII

(Of course!) This is the cream of the crop. The graphics ain't bad, but the gameplay is amazing. The best battle system in any Final Fantasy game, with Materia, is contained in this game. It also has the best storyline aswell. In fact, I have never come across any story better than this one in my whole life. A book of this game should be made. So should an animated film(manga) version. You will not stop until you have masterd this game(I didn't) and I am right. It also has the best last boss in a game. Ever. So do your life a favour. Buy this game. Buy a PSone or PS2 if you havn't.

I think I've got my message across. Hope you liked it! Comment to see what you think of it! dav
