Start pay for fresh Engineers around 12000 PM+ accommodation. CANTEEN FOOD: Lunch (limited Thali) costs Rs 25.No subsidy for food.Company says in is included in CTC
Break fast is served in your seat, UNIFORM: Is compulsory but you have to pay from yr pocket.Company says in is included in CTC.Personal protective Equipment are provided free of cost and cover alls provided.
BOND:Most people have to execute a bond after joining the company. 4-10 years bond depending on the foreign assignments you get.If you leave you have to pay any where between 25 lacs to 90 lakhs.
CAREER GROWTH:Good for some.Good avenues for growth.being growing Company . Certainly growth is there for derserving persons. Secret pay will be given if they found you very hard working(spending 18Hrs a day in work).
HOUSING: Good if you are in Jamnagar township. Otherwise company pays 8000 Rs .If you are Vice-President and above you get better accommodation.
