I was hoping to give myself a good treat with a relaxing facial, a manicure and pedicure. Being a frequent traveller ( I keep travelling between UK and Pune) I decided to try out Bellezza simply because it looked expensive and expected the absolute best for my money.
Well.. I had chosen the gold facial. the technician was good and her massage and clean up etc were good and professional. She suggested I should go in for a bleach but I didnt know the bleach itself would cost me twice the money I paid for the facial!!
The facial was worth the money but avoid a bleach if possible.. The facial was thorough but after the massage she left the lights in the room on and hence I could not have a good restful nap (which I prefer at the end of a facial and have been a regular in certain parlours where they offer this treat to me as a special customer).
The manicure and pedicure were good but the guy who was doing it did some kind of pulling motion between my toes which was painful for a second or so.. I had read an article in Cosmo once that a pedicure / manicure should never be painful.. But he did a good job..
All in all,
Price - quite high
Value for money - if you choose the right service.. i.e. facial (without bleach) , manicure, pedicure
ambience - good
privacy - bad coz when I was getting my pedicure/manicure done there were a lot of staff guys just sitting on the sofa (coz it was not a particularly busy day being a weekday) and that made me slightly uncomfortable.
5.staff attitude - is good.. hence I tipped them generously.
