I went there to check my cousin in ICU. the parking lot was so ill managed that about 5 cars were parked in space of eight cars. on showing security and requesting him to ask drivers to rearrange the parking vehicles so as to make space for my Wagon R (small car requiring less space) , he started blaming me and was of no help and as such I had to park in basement.
He was laughing while I was passing by him and even said that he is not afraid of anyone when I said that I had to complain of such mismanagement in parking. in hospital the receptionist would not tell me where I can find the complain /suggestion box.leaving all that behind I entered the lift after asking various persons the way to lift without any directions present. I was much astonished when after reaching liftman asks me whether I had visiting pass with me to go to seventh floor.
I said that this was first time I was visiting someone in ICU and I did not anything about the visiting pass or card, he asked to depart on fifth floor. when I asked him why isn't any such rule written in the lobby area or near lift, he failed to answer.
I was too shocked to see such mismanagement. I had been to woodlands but there it is so well managed that the visitors don't face such troubles.
