I have been listening to the Dave Matthews Band for years, infact I live in the city from which the band first got their start. DMB is a very unique band, you either like their sound or you don't.
With Before These Crowded Streets fans of DMB will find more of the classic DMB style. Matthews still has his signature sound of lively horn and guitar driven pop with eccentric https://lyrics. If you have bought previous DMB albums and liked them, then there is no doubt that you will like this one. I recommend the tracks ''stay'' and ''don't drink the water'' which have gotten major radio play and tend to represent DMB style.
Overall this is a great album, but if I had to say anything bad it would have to be that this album is very much like their previous recordings. On the other hand, DMB's style is so unique that to change it drastically might be a risky move for the band.
