The chiefs are too rude . EGS (Engg group supervisor is like Don. (You have to kiss the A** of your EGS). Honest and Working : do not join, you will stay where you are without progress and no recognition.
The Reward and reorganization schemes are there for smart workers. The successful people are who look likeworking but do not work rather use some other coworker for a donkey ride.
Just do not be mistaken by their covenants: these are for books only. In actual Life, your PE, Chief and EGS can treat you the worst and make your life Hell.
People are not terminated here but the circumstances are created such that they forced to resign.
your Chief will say that he will say that he can spoil your career and make sure that you do not get a job any where unless you resign. There is all type ofpolitics :Regional, based on language, religion.
If you are lucky to join already established group, the go ahead and join.
These are based on my personal experience and my opinion. Bechtel may be good sometime in History but now a sinking ship.
