I went for Asian paints home solution service. They were expensive, but being fooled by their marketing gimmicks and false commitments, I bought the service.
Initially I was very impressed with the lustre of new paint. However, within two months the paint started peeling out of wall and several cracks started developing. Since there was one year warranty I called them to fix it. A surveyor came and told me the warranty is on the paint, and the problem is due to workmanship and hence not covered under warranty !!!!!
This is kind of cheating. Because the contractor was employed by Asian Paints Home Solution only, and I did not understand why they should not be responsible for the workmanship?
Think twice before giving them a contract.
