Brief Intro:
We had an agreement in Mid Sept 2015 with certain rates with Asian Paints Rep by paying Rs. 80, 000. We confirmed from concern person that it is valid for 6 Months. APHP Team started working initially for 15 days and completed one layer putty work and External Wall Base Coat. Actually We had extremely high impression on Asian Paints.(Feeling like use slang title in front of Asian Paints Home Solution, any way leave it).Actually some personal reason, we stopped for 2 months.
In Last Jan, we started asking/requesting them to start our work. They strted work after giving so many complaints and finally they work for 10 days. and then fully stopped work. Finally again we given complaints. Then APHP new Team came to our House. As usual these sweet talkers knows only english.we will do this and do that. Finally they came up with new quotation with new rates, new discounts . finally confusing customers.
Now these are my questions to APHP Team which I asked them but did not reply.
- Why Painting Quotation is revised after 5 months? All APHS who are taking so much care for our house, are sleeping till this much of time?
2. Why Painting Rates in Quotation are revised, when Sales Associates said it will be valid till 6 months. You may say it is March 2016 so 6 months gone. For ur kind info we asked for start of painting in mid January 2016 . But Asian Paints takes so much care to their customer that only after giving few complaints only, they can hear .
APHP Team now doing actual measurements and it's really huge difference what they estimated before. Why variation between Estimate and Actual is more than 50% of Estimate . Suppose there is variation in actual and estimates, it should not be 50% more .Customer can bear 8 to 10% more than estimate. What you feel - We all are fool and you people are only clever. Just to grab money, they are telling ceiling area will be considered 2.5 times of actual area as more false ceiling work is there. Why APHP Team waking up at last .when taking up our work, that time whether they were blind.that time why they did not observe the same?
Exterior base Coat is so thin that everybody can understand. Why Customer will monitor the mixing ratio of Water and Exterior Base Coat? My Parents have observed that they are not following any rule as written in Asian Paints Website. All big big slogan will be written in their website . But dont think that Asian Paints Home Solution Team follow. Thay are actually defaming Asian Paints.
They will never clean in regular interval say after 7 days .Always they are saying they will clean at last . They should use blue polythene to cover floor . never they did for us . to cover
I appeal to my fellow friends that If you dont bother for money, then only u go for Asian Paints otherwise, they will take much more extra to feed few useless fellows in their team. finally their quality will be much less than normal painters who can do the same job at lesser price. I can't take revenge on him but we indians can take revenge on APHP by not taking their poorest of poorest service at the cost of huge money and big big talks.
