Lodged complaint with Complaint No: - 505162005. No response/call from the company even after 3 days.
Paid full amount in advance(INR 4, 40, 285/-) for painting entire house with BP No. 12202113.
The contractor does not care about the quality of work. Painted one room as a sample & quality is very poor. Wall surface is uneven because they do not do any sanding before application & wall has patches because primer was not applied properly.
I was shocked when their "superior" said that this is the best that Asian Paints can do!
Their competitors(Berger/Dulux) & even private contractors upon inspection confirmed quality of work is sub standard.
I have contacted them for refund, but they are not responding.
I have attached a photographs of the poor work that they have done.
