I had part of my house painted by Asian paints home solutions. Less than one month after they finished painting, cracks have developed in 4 different places. These cracks were not there before I painted my house! This is the third time we have used Asian paints and we never had these cracks before.
I called Asian paints since they claim to give a guarantee on their work. Their supervisor came along with a structural expert. They had an excuse for every crack. Needless to say they said it is not covered under their guarantee.
The cracks are due to faulty POP work. When I pointed out that their contractor has done the POP, they said that is not their responsibility! The contractors work is not covered in their bill so they have nothing to do with it. I would also like to add that at the time of painting, I wanted the contractors work to be included in my bill but Asian paints said that was not possible. THEY insisted that I pay the contractor separately by cash.
Asian paints home solutions cheats customers. They give a guarantee to lure customers in and in reality this guarantee is meaningless. If they send the contractor to our house, how can they say they are not responsible for his work!
