Please read this before going with home solutions from APL, this is an eye opener and I do not want others to com.it the same mistake I made. I am writing this at the verge of throwing out their ladder and rollers from my house and having someone else clean up this mess
Being new in Pune I did not want my new house to be painted by a local painter/contractor, so I went ahead and decided to shell extra money for the APL experience, things starting looking dark as soon as I had to follow up with them for everything, to being with
1) The painting never started on time despite of the fact that I had taken an appointment more than a month back
2) The painters who came were lousy and were not willing to work properly- I had got my old house painted more than a few times and noticed that what they did was completely incorrect (like not scraping off the old paint, not letting putty dry for sufficient time etc)
3) Hopeless quality - the quality of work done was substandard, infact a child could have done better at this, we noticed more than a few bubbles in all the wall which the painter did not, and the supervisor, was almost like a blind folded lady in Indian courts, see nothing do nothing attitude
4) Not so expert color consultant - Yes as per APL they have a expert color consultant who would suggest color for the rooms, guess what our guy did - a useless honeymooney pink for my living room, with his experience and expertise shouldn't he have told what each websites suggest - PINK IS FOR GIRLS AND BEDROOMS
5) Time management - we paid extra for the color change but it's beein 3 days and i'm on leave at my house with no one turning up for work, i'm tired of making phone calls and have given up on expecting any service.
6) I've vacate my living room and removed my television and have been staying like a refugee in my own house confined to a single bedroom now
