In November I took, Asian paint home solution service, Color consultancy and Decor consultancy as well. Asian paints sales people are explained very well and also their measuring techniques is also really good and transparent. After looking at their such service I am impressed and decided to go with their service and find below complete review on Asian paints services
After completion of work I am extremely disappointed and really feeling shame on me, as after reading these many reviews I have considered sales man words and believed him.
Work got completed in first week of November but haven't got any warranty card detail. So far I might have called concerns supervisor more then 10 times but every time same answer.
Door color, took their enamel type of color. worst finishing, even though Asian paint claims it best in the industry, on complete door clearly visible bubbles and after complaining person came and fixed but still worst finishing. Important thing is painter themselves do not follow enamal painting instruction, spoiled my all three doors
Wall finishing, before my walls surface is plain and smooth now if I put my hand it feels like many places odd surfaces, clearly visible marks, lines so finishing is not what they commit.
Major setback for me is that, after one month, my kid used very small gun, having small rubber sticky bullet. it got sicked to wall and when she pulled complete color "papadi" came out from base. After calling supervisor he did visited and promised me to fix only that part where is problem. but so far nothing happened, nor warranty card or any repairs. now I am worried, what kind of painting they have done to all walls.
Also in one month I can see hair line cracks and major crack in some of the walls and near furniture walls.
I also took their texture service, after calling almost 10 time person came and did texture on wall. After even taking all consultancy no body told me that your texture will not set properly due to furniture, choose different texture. But after completion when I said its finishing is not good do it properly, painter said this is how it will work as you choose this texture, now we can not do anything, again spoil my main wall texture.
About product, I used Royal Emulsion and Aspire. Asian paints claims both are highly washable but I don't see the same for Royal Emulsion.
My last words to all, please do not go with any Asian paint services and do not go just because of warranty periods of three years and brand name. Rather I would suggest go with local painter whose work you have seen and experienced. I compared my home painting with local painter works and local painter are far better then these so called experts.
