I Ignored other Customers Negative reviews about Asian Paints online & am Repenting!
Asian Paints takes my order for PU Pallete Paint on Furniture and house painting as well. They have a policy of 100% advance after which they'll make you act like a puppet in their hands. Going to the extent of Putting blames on you for their clear faults. They would agree only if you get a second opinion from some expert to counter them, till that time they' ll keep on Fooling around taking customers general awareness/Logic for a Toss.
After the money is paid by me, they disappear – it is almost 2 months now:-
Over due by 1 month
Work is still pending,
Quality is pathetic.
Bloating on the walls after 1st coat.(absconding for the remaining 2 coats)
Bubbles on the furniture due to their Inexpert Staff, spoiling my Furniture. Still Not resolved
Highly Unprofessional with Greed for Money & No concern for Quality or Deadlines as per the Contract & Promise
No Process/Guidelines followed
Basic Sense Missing.(They keep heavy Furniture on Glass BreakFast Counter which might even break it or leave with Scratches)
I escalated to the CEO & MD and sent 4 reminders – Not one single revert. When the CEO’s attitude is like this, it shows the company is least bothered about customers.
