Since my childhood I have seen only one paint used by my joint family & that is Asian paint. My grand father, uncle, aunty etc.had never though of any other brand for painting any of their houses.


We don't know why but we just have been in a state of mind that there is better paint in the world. The other reason to choose Asian paint is because of its Indian Origin.


But I think the recent experience faced by me will change the way my family has been thinking alll these years. The trauma starts from the day when my wife suggested to take help of so called colour experts from asian paints. She dialed the customer care no. & they gave an appointment of 5 days after. It was diffcult for us as we wanted it as early as possible but we were told that there is no other slot available.


As the colour expert couldn't come before 5 days, I postponed the date of start of the paint work in my home .


On the day colour expert had to come, I took the leave from the office so that I  could meet her. But colour expert didn't turn up. When I called the customer care, they told that us to take a fresh appointment. After escalating the matter, they gave an appointment for next day 10 AM morning.


I kept waiting till 10.15 but again no one came. My wife called the expert, she told that she just fogot about the time & would vist in next 1.5 hr. I kept waiting till 12 o clock but still she didn't come. When I called her, I was told that she is not feeling well, so she can't come.


It was so fustrating. Thre is a limit of telling lies to your customer. If she couldn;t come, she could tell me in the morning itself. Why she wasted my one more day.


After all this drama, my wife called customer care & the lady on the other side told her to create a fresh appointment. On this, my wife lost her temper. Who will not lose temper after all this! After some arguments, this lady told that appointment might be possible for next day but not sure even  for that.


My wife requested her a lot to send someone else if this expert is not doing well. but this lady told that " Madam, we have only one expert in delhi- ncr".I can't expect a big organisation like Asian paint has only on expert for whole Delhi Ncr.


I understand that people can do the mistakes but after gving so many chances, I don't think that there is problem with basics here. The people in Eazy colour deptt are all arrorgant & they don't have even the basic etiquette
