Hello BeamTelecom,
I took a new internet connection on Friday 10th January 2014 from BEAMTEL on advise of my friend. I thought it was a good ISP provider. customer executive came on Friday gave connection took advance payment saying( your connection will be activated and username password will be provided within 24 hrs). I called up 040-66272727 customer care after 48 hrs asked them to provide me username and password. since then they are just raising ticket and updating but no resolution till yet.
Every time I called up they ask problem even though they knew how many calls has been made how many tickets has been raised that too in HIGH PRIORITY, but they just don't care. without resolving issues they just close tickets saying issue is resolved. This company is just fooling his customers by offers. such a worst ISP with very low standard of services.

BeamTele welcome to Consumer court and definitely people should know what quality service you provide and name you have.
Guys I sincerely suggest you to not to go for this service. there are many lot of ISP providers with better quality of service.
