Against my better judgement I got beamfibre installed.package being 1 MB in 30 GB plan. It has been four months since the real face of this provider emerged, every single day the speed would go so low it did not even mean connectivity.
The worst part is that the beam providers are actually ripping off users by just temporarily giving the allotted speed, then the mask comes off and the user is left helpless with no connectivity.But the worst part is that after reporting the problem through sms Beam blocks it's customer care people. The user is left hearing "your call is important to us please hold the line"
I did that. Nothing happened. Then after 24 hrs a person from beam calls and asks what the problem is, after giving the details this person, calls off without any response.
First Tata Max Wi fi conned me silly. Now it is Beam telecom
Who do I go to?
The only choice is to grin and bear it or is it? Perhaps gnashing one's teeth would give frustration a little respite, at the cost of damaging one's teeth? No solution in sight.
Anywhere, anyone with an option would be welcomed with open arms. Believe me.
