They are still Rocking with their pathetic Customer Care Service! I am sure there will be no competitors for them if Govt Announces "The Leading Worst Customer Care Service." It's none other than


Beam Fiber!


Here the best example to show their dedication and Responsibility!


Last week, we are not getting internet at home, which is quite regular thing with Beam. I made a call to customer Care service and registered complaint.


As usual they have given an assurance to rectify the problem in 24 hours and to my surprise within 23 hours, I got a message that problem got resolved.


But the reality is the power cable to junction box is flying in the air like Sankranthi kite'. No technician Visited our place' and still problem exists'. I again called the CC and registered a complaint and requested them not the close the ticket with out my confirmation. But same episode repeated for 3 days.


Finally, we decided to a play a drama so that we can pull technician more quickly. This time we asked one of our friend who doesn't have beam connection to call Customer care.


Mr x: Hi, There is Beam telecom junction box to my wall and sparks are coming from it. Can you please send a technician to repair it urgently.


CC: Sir, can you please wait . We are checking the details.


Mr X: What you are checking. I am not your customer.


CC: It's ok sir. Let me check the details. Please wait for few seconds.


after 8 min 23 sec


CC: Sir, please provide your mobile number.


Mr X: Excuse me boss, I can see fire coming here from beam box. Can you please send a technician immediately.


CC: Sir, I can understand your problem. Please provide your mobile number.


Mr X: I said, I am not your customer what details you want check.


CC: It's ok sir. I can understand your problem.Please provide your mobile .


Mr x: Ok. 9XXXXXXXX


after 4 mins 45 secs


CC: Sir, can you please provide your full address.


Mr X: xxx Apartments, pin. Given all details. Can you please rectify it Quickly.


CC: Sir, I can understand your problem. Can you please wait for few mins.


After 10 mins


CC: Sir please note down this email ID and send email with your address and problem. They will resolve it in 24 hours.


Mr X: Boss, I said it is critical stage, Can lead to fire accident also.


CC: Yes sir, I can understand your problem. Please send email, they will resolve.


and they disconnected call.


See, how responsible they are. After hearing the words "it can lead to fire accident" also they are not worried and not ready to send a technician.
