I'm using a 15 mpbs speed DSL from Beam for the last 3-4 months.
What works-
What doesn't work
When the speed changes it gets very bad. It doesnt seem like 2MBPS at all.
Support Sucks...BIG Time. Their front end (Tier 1) has very least technical know-how or capability but only to answer calls. Many often you will encounter people have utter disregard to the technical problems
Phone support doesn't write the complaint you raise, they raise a case what THEY think is appropriate!!! For e.g. if you report a problem about "Password getting reset without your action" they will raise a ticket "Reset the password"!!!
They DON'T have a Tier 2 or Back-end Engineers, that call you!! So you open a ticket, someone will simply close with out even looking into the problem. And they DON'T call.
There is NO resolution SLA and they never keep the commitments they make. Your connection can be down or having problems for 2 days or more, you don't get ANYTHING which is something where Airtel excels. They give you an SLA. Basically they are not accountable for their words!
Summary: Great speed, pathetic support. So if you can stomach the non-existent service, definitely go for it.
