I paid as 6 months advance of Rs. 2, 340/- for a new beam cable connection but they are unable to give a connection. I request for refund still not getting the refund more than 20 days over. When I call they used to tell we will solve the same but still not given the refund. Don't pay any advance for beam cable if you interested after connected then you have to pay the bill.
At last, I received cheque rs2, 340 yesterday after repeated calls, who didn't get refunds or service we have to call repeatedly then only we will get things done. And they have to improve their process of refunds as well services.
