Below are the contents of latest email I sent to Beam Telecom. Please go through it, I don't know what to write here. I am pity on myself for opting for 6 months connection with you. I only need to blame myself for opting for Beam Cable. I have taken your connection on 23rd June 2012 for six months. Hope my 6 months duration ends on 23rd on this month (23-12-2012).


I have a laptop on which inbuilt ethernet port does not work. I use USB Ethernet Adaptor on my laptop. At the time of taking connection from you your representative enabled PPPoE client on my laptop and connect to internet through my USB Ethernet Adaptor using my PPPoE client.


This method was working well 3 months after taking connection from you. Then started my problems with you. After 3 months of using your connection, then my internet connection started not to work on nights. I have called you numerous times, written toy you numerous times. Your technical people visited my home three times. They told me that there might be some problem with my laptop.  But the same laptop is working always sometimes and I am able to connect to internet through PPPoE connection once in a while. But most of the time I am not receiving any response from your PPPoE server and hence I could not connect to Internet, I asked your technical people to verify whethet my PPPoE client DISCOVERY packet is received by your PPPoE server. They told me that they can't debug the problem that way. They told thousands of customers and they can't debug the problem.


Have taken my money for 6 months, you failed yo provide me the service. I requested numerous times to refund my money back. But you never refunded, You don't loike to debug and fix the problem. You don't like to refund the problem.


Strangely for the last 10 days I have been receiving numerous SMS from you asking me to pay the BILL immediately you you disconnect.


WHAT DO I NEED TO PAY. WHAT DO YOU DISCONNECT. WHAT IS THIS BILL YOU SENT ME TODAY.


STOP SENDING THESE SORT OF SMS and EMAILS. STOP BOTHERING ME ANYMORE.
