Here is my latest communication with act fibernet. You can judge for yourself about the quality of their service. I am not mentioning how I consistently get less than 4 mbps while I aishwaryasingh23 for yearly 20 mbps connection.
This is more than ridiculous! There was no response to my mail and the ticket is closed. Can any of you respond to my mail.
Please do not make your unskilled labour to call and ask me what is the issue. That again on different days from different people! There is no continuity and no follow up. Do you think that you can survive in a market where so much competition is there I am seriously thinking of switching to Hathway or Airtel.
I was away from Hyderabad for four days and I returned only yesterday. While leaving I checked my account usage and logged out. My usage was 52 GB(my FUP quota is 75 GB). Just after returning the net was down. After it was rectified by Nagaraj, I logged in and checked my usage and it turned out to be 62 GB. Without my using the net how can it go up by 10 GB?
I would demand a transparent accounting on your part, so that I can get details of all my sessions with download and upload details. BSNL has such a mechanism installed. Specifically I would like to know the details of my usage from 15th Aug to 18th August when I was away and my meter was still ticking!
