This is the worst company in terms of ground service , I said them so many times about my problem with internet connection.
They will first take the complaint and thn they forget , no one even call to resolve the issue and after 5-6 days I rec. a message stating the ticket has been closed , It has happen to me more than 4-5 times in last 1 month
