I have been using baxi services from hudda city centre till my office everyday and have been very happy as they are cheap and you dont need to wait a lot in order to get the services. usually they always keep on waiting for the customers at the side of the metro station to take there customers to there destination or also they answer the call who book there ride from their mobile app.
BUT I was shocked the day when there was auto strike all over Delhi and gurgaon and people were dependent on there own vehicles. I asked for the ride as same as I used to ask them on a daily basis and they straight away asked me there own charge trying to take advantage of the day since people were already suffering that day. they asked me for a rs 50 for a distance less than 1 kilo meter. I was shocked and asked how can they ask such charges upfront where in the charges are generated after the ride when I book them. one of them said no one will answer your ride booking today. if you want to go this will be the charge. I was very disappointed by there action and thought even if there is someone up who controls this as this was a dent against the name of there company.now I am not sure if they where baxi or Ola bike but the point is that taking undue advantage of the situation is a trend now and these activities performed by the bile drivers will definitely put a dent in the name of the company who have recruited such drivers and they should take an initiative by educating people and providing them a direct number so that customers can get in touch with someone and complaint about such activities performed by few greedy drivers because if this continues the future of such nice services might be in dark.
