Baujee ka Dhaaba, a restaurant located in Hauz Khas Village, Delhi is one of the finest restaurants I have ever been to. I had hosted my birthday party there for some friends and it turned out to be a truly memorable evening. Everthing at Baujee ka Dhaaba is amazing - the food, quality of service, promptness and courtesy of staff, ambience and interiors, and value for money.
The name is Dhaaba and the ambience, too, has been setup on the backdrop of a village but the standard of service is no less than that of an any elite restaurant. The attendants do their job very well and make you feel special. On the lighter side, the drinks menu is on a wooden plank with the title "Baujee ka Theka".
Try for once and you will sure love it, too, save for reaching the place. But it would be worth the hunt.
