I had a horrible experience at Batra. My father who is a Cancer patient was first of all given Cameotherapy by a Doctor in Batra who has never performed any Chaemography is his life. Secondly Batra just admit the patients and discharge them only when they are either dead or not able to do anything. Batra is not a Charitable Hospital. Its more of a business that is being run by entrepenuers. These hospitals should be shut down and its better to go to Govt hospitals.
Atleast by going to Goivt hospitals your patient will die a peaceful death. But Batra really tortures their patient. In ICU they take so much care that they give medicines stopped by the doctors and put patient on Ventilator though not required since it fetches them 4500 Rs per day. I am happy that we took a bold decision to move my father out. He is better at home than was in ICU. He is not even on Ventilator. In the last I would like to say that Never go to Batra as it is like a BLUELINE BUS killing its patients.*
