Compare to davinder's story, I have had a decent sort of experience with Batra Auto company. When I bought my Swift way back in October 2004, I was completely a new resident of faridabad. Hardly had any friends there so couldn't get any feedback of this dealer. So far, my experience with it has been satisfactory. I get regular calls from the dealer's representative about the condition of the car. When I got my car serviced for the very first time. I reported noise in the back door/seat. Although this problem persisted even after the second service, Customer Service people called me both the times to find out the status of my complain.
They even offered to pick up my car from my door to get this problem rectified, which was nice of them. Later on, I discovered that the noise is coming from the loose connections of speakers which I had put into the doors (these were not installed by the dealer). I guess, Davinder (other reviewer of this dealer), should set up a personal meeting with someone from MUL in gurgaon and get his complains actioned. Reason why their staff is unable to do good service is because of Hyundai which keeps pulling staff outta Maruti dealers.
I came to know about this from the guy whom I dealt with when I bought my Swift from Batra Auto company. He settled all the financial parts and RC etc for me. Later on he told me that he is joining Hyundai as quite a lot of his seniors are already there and getting paid better than in Maruti dealership.
