Buy but dont rely!!. Review on Batchmatesgifts

Batchmatesgifts.com is the new online shopping & gifts portal. It has all types of paying facility like CC, debit card, COD, bank transfer, online payment with internet banking etc. The products on display are not very much too choose from. All flowers, cakes, chocolates & toys etc kind of stuff. Than they have in other categories Titan watches, some microwaves, digital diaries and cycle for kids etc. Unfortunately I bought a cycle for 1 year kid. And that was the my biggest mistake. They are displaying one kind of cycle on website and delivering another kind. Both the cycles are totally different in looks, when contacted first they replied that we are Kolkatta based and photo is from shop there and cycle delivered from Thane shop. When I insisted I need the same cycle they stop replying to my mails. Till now no response. I want to know when you are not able to deliver something as shown so why are you displaying it on website, also there is no note about change of product type in case of non-availability. My first experience I think will be the last experience with them. And hope no one else will like to be cheated like me in future.
