I bought one pair of sandals. The stitching failed after two days. According to Bata, the replacement can be done at any Bata store. When I approached the Bata Shop on Bagluru Cross Road in Bangalore, they refused to take it. I had to return the shoe to the store where I bought it, which was around 40 kilometres away, for replacement. The products themselves are of poor quality.
