I would like to express the unsatisfactory service by BATA team on our request for the refund which was initiated in December 2023. The refund amount of Rs. 1299.00 has still not credited to our bank account in spite of our regular follow up,

We have explained the failure in commitment by Bata on the delivery and we had no choice but to request for refund as the requirement of the product was not delivered as promised.
There were number of follow-ups and emails and had to explain every point and situation to the agent receiving the calls as mentioned below with dates and we receive email stating it will be resolved in 2-3 days which has not happened since December 2023.

We had provided SBI Bank account details which had some challenges within their organization in transferring the payment, therefore gave Axis Bank account details with cheque copy.
Requested the floor manager to intervene on this case and to resolve by ensuring the refund amount of Rs. 1299.00 credited to our account.
We are also taking this case on various Bata social media accounts highlighting the difficulty a customer is facing.
