Basketball for me is a kind of addiction and I can say that I can play basketball in any physical state. It is the fastest game in the world and requires a lot stamina. I have played basketball at most levels , and would recommend it to other people because playing sports is a good thing as it helps develop the body and brain equally. And as Basketball isn't much popular in India, it should be highly promoted. The other things about Basketball is that it can easily be self taught and mastered.
I would urge more and more people to take up Basketball as a sport.
