I was promised 100 % loan on the Home Loan agreement value. So I took their proposal over SBI as they provide oly upto 80% of value. After providing all documents, HR confirmations, etc, not only that after 18 days there was no confirmation/ Sanction letter, the Sales Rep also changed the date in the Post dated cheque I had provided and got it debited within the same month, to acheive his targets.
Cheque was submitted on 18th Sep, 09 with HDFC cheque date on 10.10.09. This cheque was changed to 10.09.09 by making the 1 as 0 and adding a line on 0. The cheque got debited on 25th Sep itself from my account.
I obtained the cheque copy after clearance, from HDFC along with my own copy of cheque (which I had taken earlier at the time of handing over the cheque to the Sales Rep ) and forwarded to Barclay Greivance Email Id wiht copy to their West Credit Head. Let's see what response I get..
