I am using the Yatra Barclay Platinum card, that I got as an offer through Yatra.com website. I have not found any problems with the card so far, except for reaching the customer care numbers. As per the bank website (https://barclaycard.in/), there are toll free numbers for MTNL/BSNL customers. There is also another number (60004444) given for Rest of India.
From my BSNL phone(Bangalore), when I dial 18002337878, after 4 rings the call gets disconnected automatically. Also, if I try dialing 60004444 from my BSNL phone, it gives me message "This facility is not available on your phone".
They also have provided other numbers (022-67242222). This number works well, but it will charges me STD rate. I am not able to reach the Tollfree and Local numbers. I have escalated this with the Customer Care, but I have not received any satisfactory response from them.
Apart from the above problem, I have used the Card at few places and paying the bills regularly. I have not faced any other issue with this card so far. Please let me know if any of you are able to reach the Toll Free number from BSNL (Bangalore).
