Corruption, Fraud and misleading advertising . Review on Barclays Bank

Barclays gave me a mortgage on an illegal property in Spain even when the Initial Survey showed it was illegal. Barclays REFUSED to give me a copy of initial survey until I went to EU. I have lodged a Court Case against Barclays Bank Spain who incidentally stringently said that they were NOTHING TO DO WITH BARCLAYS UK. I wrote to John Varley, Bob Diamond and Marcus Agius telling them of the corrupt way Barclays Bank Spain was operating. I didn't receive a reply or an acknowledgement to my registered letters. Barclays Spain also condoned the use of "Black Monies" used in a tax fraud and advertised that they were registered in Spain with the F.S.A. which was a lie. Barclays have made two offers -not taken. Barclays UK let Barclays Spain investigate themselves.

I have been asking one question " did the Manager or anyone inspect the Initial Survey BEFORE issuing the mortgage and guess what NO REPLY. WHAT A CROOKED BANK. The arrogance of these three "men" coupled with the basic good manners of at least acknowledging my letters concerning severe crimes and treating me with contempt leaves to believe that they do not deserve to be in the human race never mind being Directors of a Bank. I only hope that they get their just deserts from the Select Committee as they have totally ruined my retirement and the last years of my life which no amount of compensation will make amends.
