These people are the biggest fraudsters in the indian banking industry. They dont have courtesy to look in to the matters by using logic, rather they employ some robots to read from the screen all the time.All their BPO staff they employ are similar to IVRs repeating the same thing again and again.They have a flair to suck people’s money and they put all their effort toward that.
Whenever there is an issue with the payment they try to pass the buck on to someone but would never try to resolve it from their end.
I have recently cleared off my Barclays times card for Rs.19378. The payment did not get thru on the due date due to the error occurred on their website. My funds were blocked for two days and then release after which I again made a full payment. They levied the late payment charges and finance charges of Rs.1450.
I have recorded all the stupid reasons they are giving to refund charges. I am going to contact their Center head Mr. Sukesh Shetty tomorrow to see what he has got for me.
I would encourage people to record the conversations with this fraudulent bank whenever you call the customer service , as they would negate their previous promises made in earlier calls.Forward all of them to RBI and make people aware of the same.
