Barclays although is an international brand but I have experienced their don’t care attitude towards the customers. These people are big bluffers they had promised various promises while issuing card but nothing has come but over and above they have issues a Insurance Policy and asking for payment.
I have immediately cancelled the policy and now they are following up like anything by Call, SMS (any time of the day) & letters. Its all time bad service. Again if call up on the no provided no one picks up the phone.
