Hi Bank of Maharashtra team,
I would like let you know we are facing many issue with your bank facility like below
My parents has their joint account in with your bank with branch name Bhagwan nagar, as they do't know how to debit amount from ATMs they usually prefer to it manually, so, they go to bank and take token tickets to withdraw money, however, you provide seating facility over there, but, they has to seat for more than 1 Hr just to withdraw 10K from their account, so request you to kindly recruit more employees and open new counters.
1] I have tried to open my account into your bank, but, as you charge for phone & internet banking, so, I didn't open account into your company
2] I did not find any ATM outside of Maharashtra state
3] Customer service is well and good and well responsive within time line.
