I am having salary account in Bank Of India since around last one year, I have never seen such a disgusting services, ATM, response on queries, irresponsible management. Even no response from Nodal Officers.
I had requested for a transaction pin but never received it. Struggled to get it for almost 3 weeks, sent many emails to get the update on this but no proper response on it. After 3 weeks after a long struggle to get connected to customer care on telephone, he said that they have an incorrect communication address in their records.
I have proof that I had provided my correct communication address (have a duplicate copy of it) & this is not my mistake, though he said in that case you should complaint to your branch manager & not me. And now I again have to follow the procedure to get my pin e.g. Again request for update in my communication address, then when it get updated (god knows how long will it take to update my correct address in their records), then again request for the pin.
Really disgusting service.
