I am working with BOI since most recent six years. It is a place where we serve general society with no segregation. It is a decent place where we have heaps of communications with bunches of various sorts of people.Salary ought to be litte more. Working condition is great and staff are extremely co-agent. Great planning 10-5.


Pros


Very good work culture. more youngsters are there in junior management grade


Cons


Promotion policy is not satisfactory. Work life balance is not there.
