Home branch services are very good. The area of the branch is big plus right attention is paid to you. employees are polite and banking seems easier for allO
Whereas as the other branch , the officials were rude and not helping people . infact branch area was really small that customers had a problem to stay there.
DD services takes hours . I had to wait for 2 hours at my branch.
ATM is always out of cash whenever I visit.
overall bank of India as a national bank tries its best but it should train its officials about customer service importance.
