I have an account in this bank in Giridih Branch and I had applied for the net banking a week back. I had filled the form of net banking as I was told so. And after checking my user id preference they approved and said that a leaflet will be delivered to me within 7 working days and I was supposed to bring it them for approval.
Seven days passed and nothing got delivered . So I went to them and enquired about it and they checked it. They said that it hasn't been dispatched and it will be done soon.
After I received the package and took it them . They verified it and said to me that it will be activated soon. It has been over 4 days and it still hasn't been activated. When I enter the user name and password it says that it is invalid. have written a mail to the manager and yet there is no response.
The BOI staff should look after it. A lot of inconvenience has already been caused to me due to this. BOI should take proper care of its old customers.
