Friends, I have an account in Bank of India in Govind Market, Balidih in Bokaro Steel City.My branch is Balidih. This bank is situated at first floor and it's ATM is in Ground Floor.This is a Newly opened branch in Balidih.
Phone Banking- Friends, It's Phone banking is not good.There is a app which you have to install to use it's Phone banking.But friends, BOI BTM app is not working properly.There needs some upgradation and if you want to do some transaction several times if failed.
ATM Availability-In whole Balidih, Railway Colony, Siwandih there is only one ATM of this bank which is situated in ground floor of the bank.The ATM timing is same as bank timing and several times there is No cash.
ATM is without guard and without A.C.
Internet Banking- It's internet banking is also poor.If you try it for DTH recharge or online shopping then you get in trouble.Once my ₹4000 amount deducted and Amazon not receive my money and so my transaction is under process for 2 days.After then I went to Bank but there I have advised to wait and wait only.
Customer Service-In Balidih, the branch is newly opened so staffs are good and cooperative.
But friends, This bank needs some improvement in ATM, Phone Banking and Cash withdrawal system.
