I am using bank of India since 2011 and you did not found any type of issue in the banking system or in service. It provides a very good service to its customer. Staffs are very humble in most of the branch of bank of india. You know I think it provides the fastest service as compare to the other services My friend told me tha this bank provides better services when I thinking to open an bank account. And then finally I visited Bank Of India and opened an bank account in simple steps. I provided my KYC Proof, KYC Proof of my father, Address Proof, and two passport size photograph, After admission in my college I open a single savings account in bank of India . It is located in Bankura at BUIE college Bank of India is the bank of public sector but if we will talk about the services than its really very poor. branches are very much short you cant find easily branches of this bank. ATM facility is very poor. you cant find ATM of this bank. My friend told me tha this bank provides better services when I thinking to open an bank account.
