Truly, it is a Bank of India: I have an account in this bank for 7 years, actually my tuition was the branch manager of this bank so he opened my account. I am totally satisfied with the services they are providing. Very advance in all technology.
It is a government owned commercial bank and that gives a quality service with trust of government.
Services:
I must say 'Bank of India' provides best services, I didn't face any problem during these 7 years. The employees are very responsive & always ready to help you.(even watchman is also very cooperative)
The best thing about this bank is you never have to wait in a queue because they have many branch in a single city.
ATM Service: I have Global Card(MasterCard)
I remember BOI was the first in my state to launch'ATM Depositor'.
They have all the facility in ATM Room including ATM Withdraw/Deposit & Pass Book Printer.
Net Banking service is also safe, secure and fast.
I would recommend this bank to everyone who wants quality banking with trust of Government.
