I don't understand why such banks exist in India.such banks contribute to the slow progress of India. I am afraid India will never become a completely Developed country till such Banks continue to sustain in India.and this is very sad for our country.
My friend has got a very bad experience with this Bank's branch in Thane Kopri area. This is the first Bank I have heared of wherein the Staff is very kind and helpful. but. the Manager is so hopeless and pathetic.!
The Manager himself admits that there is no proper co-ordination between the Staff and himself, no proper placing of documents that are handed over to them by the customers. I wonder how the bank must be storing customer's important documents in their bank. above all, he also admits that his staff does not tell him each and every minor details of customers and does not update him with accurate information, hence the Manager expects the customers to keep him(the Manager) informed and updated with any transaction details. sounds weared and non-sense right? but yes.it is true!
And the most dangerous thing about this bank is that the Manager leaks out crucial information of one customer to other customer. Can u believe this!
My friend and I will never never recommend this Bank to anyone. There are many other private banks and co-operative Banks in India which are thousand times better and professional compared to this Bank.
Friends.please please spread this word around and please do not recommend this bank to anyone who wishes to do important transactions with this bank.
