I am suffering as my credit card is getting rejected at kiosks and on websites. I am not even able to make small payments. Both numbers of their call center are not working. Their direct line, is also not working.(I am trying to call from a foreign country).
I have written various emails to their head office and my home branch, there has been no reply.
At least their website could display a message, that their systems are down and under maintenance. How are the card users, supposed to know, if there are any issues?
I have been using this card(VISA) for many years, but never suffered like this. Imagine the situation, I had to face at the supermarket cash counter, when the card gets rejected. Luckily I had cash on me, what if I didn't?
I have some monthly fixed payments lined up for next few days, what if the system doesn't become operative?
