In normal work like a bank they have average but a person expect from a bank to help more then an shopkeeper behaves about notes. Once I had a note of 500 which little bit got oiled in a side, and I was depositing 1.5 lakh rs. In bank but they returned this not to take, I am a permanent customer of the bank from before 2000. But they did not expect it, where will go a person if bank deny.? I Asked but then they said to go PNB, another day I went to icici where I have another a/c they took the same not without asking any question they said no problem with the note,
In my bob branch(Rishikesh branch) the old man cashier think that I am should not be any trouble and customer should go to hell and he don't give answers of our questions properly. They don't care if you would be with bank or not.
Other net banking mobile banking is good of band and they have stabilised cash deposit, pasbook entry. Cheques deposit machines for 24/7 banking that's great, but I don't know how they deal when one will fall in any difficulty,
