I have my account from about 4 months but now I think my decision to open my account in this bank is wrong. I want to share my experience that I have with this bank. Bank coustmer service is worse in all that banks that I have visited they doesn't behave rightly with the coustomer and they answer your questions they are burden for them and talking about number of ATM it has a very little number of ATM in the city and too some of them not working from a long time. Taking about mobile and internet banking it have only one app for mobile banking which doesn't offers you more features like that you get from banks like SBI.
so my suggestion to you is that if you want to open a bank account with full facility avoid this bank and choose any other more developed bank but if you didn't have any option you can go for it.
