Bank of baroda is one of the popular banks among all the banks, this banks makes his own image in the banking sector.But the opening account in this bank is very difficult because they takes so much proof for the verification.The phone banking of the bank is good and good to I use they provide his apps for phone banking purpose.Always I manage to my self to find the ATM of baroda most places.
The customer service of the banks is very poor they needs some improvement.In this banks customer is high so much rush creates during the working period.The branches of the banks is available every where it is big problems for the customer mostly all the banks associated in the rural areas so it id difficult to access the branch of the baroda banks.But the overall banks is good as compare to the other banks.
