This bank has got very bad service. I will share with you one experience I had.
I lost my ATM card so I went to the Solapur City main branch. There I told them I lost my card please block. The employee who looked experienced told he needs some details about card which I received by envelop I said I don't have so he sent me to other person there he said he will block my card. I enquired after 2 days work was not done. Then I gave a written application and gave yet the card was not blocked. I tried calling customer care but it all was of no use.
So don't open account in Bank of Baroda
Also my dad has account he requested cheque book we werer out of town and asked them to courier us they refused and also said person has to collect cheque book from bank only.
So stay away from Bank of Baroda
