Bank of baroda is a nationalised bank and it provides good number of branches and services.
however the staff there are not friendly. They dont help customers in an effective way. sometimes I got the feeling that someone has forcefully employed them to perform their job.
They dont know how to talk to customers. Some of them talk bery rudely and some of them will not guide you properly.
Somedays back I got a feeling that every branch is a seperate bank in itself because they dont entertain customers of other branches. They treat other branches customers as outsiders. The reply which they give is "JAHAN PE ACCOUNT HAI APKA WO BRANCH ME JAO, HAM KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE".
